Refund & Returns Policy
We stand by the quality of all Source Nutrition products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at info@sourcenutrition.com.au within 14 days of receiving it. We will guide you through the return process before you send anything back. Items sent to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. In these cases, a credit note may be issued for the cost of the goods, minus any postage or shipping fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also advise if your return has been approved or rejected for a refund or credit note.

  • If approved for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@sourcenutrition.com.au.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@sourcenutrition.com.au with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from its description.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty, defective, or significantly different from their description in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email info@sourcenutrition.com.au for instructions.

Shipping for Returns
Once we have confirmed your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (if charged) will be deducted.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If returning an item over AUD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
